Arie Ben Naim XXIV urges readers to get to know their own family histories: every person is a story, and every family has one of its own. In it, there is glory and courage, goofiness and difficulty, laughter and comfort. Family stories offer wisdom, experience, and a smile. They provide us with a sense of belonging, encouraging the younger generation, and giving them meaning. It will all become clear to us as we turn to the older members of the family and ask them, as the verse suggests:

Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will declare to you, your elders, and they will tell you.                                                                                                             [Deuteronomy, 32:7]
