Saba Yashka Saves the Beach

By: Yossi Abolafia Illustrations: Yossi Abolafia

Saba Yashka lives on the beach, looks for birds, and invents things. When a construction company comes to the beach, Saba Yashka and two children, Udi and Tamar, mobilize to fight the intruders and to prevent the construction of a factory or building on the shore. But is that what the builders really have in mind? An amusing story by author-illustrator Yossi Abolafia that pays homage to nature and the environment.
